We are Laura and William, a Franco-Colombian couple with a combined 35 years of experience in green coffee sourcing across Latin America.
Over the past two decades, we’ve worked throughout the coffee supply chain, from purchasing parchment directly from producers to cupping, blending, milling, exporting, importing, and distributing to roasters worldwide.
Our journey has taken us to countries like Colombia, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, and Ecuador. We have been lab analysts, head cuppers, team leaders and operations managers. Today, we’re back in William’s home region of Huila, Colombia, managing our own supply chain and serving as a bridge between the region’s specialty coffee producers and relationship-driven roasters in Europe.
Our approach is straightforward: accessible, honest, and focused on the quality of relationships with producers and roasters alike.
