CLASSIC HUILA BLENDS
Solid chocolatey blends of the most widely cultivated varietals in the country : colombia and castillo. Before we blend, all single producer lots are tasted separately and assigned to a blend according to its taste profile. This way we can guarantee cup cleanliness and consistency across harvests.
Those coffees are characterized by a creamy body, high sweetness, mild acidity. Cupping 83-85.
pink bourbon BLENDS
Since its appearance in 2014 in San Adolfo Huila, pink bourbon has managed to captivate a large number of producers in the region due to its resistance to rust, high productivity and cup quality. The large amount of pink bourbon that abounds in the area ensures a well-defined, structured and replicable profile in volume.
Those coffees showcase juicy, fruity flavors with medium acidity. Cupping 85-87.
microlots
Exceptional quality from exceptional producers. We aim to shine light on dedicated, small scale farmers who produce outstanding coffees but never had access to the specialty market before. Fixed prices and ideally looking for long term partnerships with roasters to bring stability of business. Single-producer and often single-varietal coffees, in small volumes.
Expect flavor complexity, long lasting aftertaste and high acidity. Cupping 87-90.
