Why source through Minga

Interaction with producers

We envision responsible sourcing to be built on proximity, trust and shared risks with growers. We are present at origin year-round and work alongside producers over time.

Research on soil and ecosystem regeneration

Our farm El Micelio is our research field where we work towards restoring biological activity, fertility and natural cycles, working towards a balanced system where crops can grow without relying on synthetic or toxic inputs.

Place over process

We believe processing should preserve a coffee’s intrinsic character, not overshadow it. Our coffees are traditionally washed or classic naturals, chosen to let the character of their place — its soil, climate, altitude, varieties and people — speak for itself.

ORIGIN-BASED SOURCING

WE ARE IN ORIGIN

We work directly with producers in Colombia and Nicaragua. We live the origin, build relationships and ensure quality from the start.
