We are William, Colombian, and Laura, French. We have been working in specialty coffee sourcing in latin America for 15 years, and co-founded Minga in 2023.
In 2024, we took the leap by purchasing a 7-hectare farm in William’s home region of Huila. Our vision is to regenerate the soil and create an ecosystem where coffee and many other crops can produce and thrive as naturally as possible. We are inspired by other regenerative and syntropic projects around the world, and dream of being an inspiration to others one day, especially to coffee producers around us and in our Minga network.
