Flor Maria Castro is an independent entrepreneur in the fields of coffee production and food service. She runs a successful restaurant at the footstep of her 1 hectare coffee plot, with splendid views over the Pitalito valley.

She runs the farm herself, and her husband runs his own close by. In 2026, Minga suggested she tries a natural process version of her coffee, in order to diversify cup profiles.
