About MINGA Coffee
MINGA Coffee sources washed specialty coffees from Colombia and Nicaragua and connects producers with coffee roasters through long-term relationships and origin-based sourcing.
Our website provides information about our coffees and services.
It is not an ecommerce platform.

The Offer List displays coffees available through MINGA.

Displaying a coffee does not guarantee immediate availability.
Sample requests
Visitors may request coffee samples through our Sample Request page.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee shipment.
MINGA reviews each request before preparing samples.
As stated on the website, we kindly ask for feedback after receiving samples, as this helps us continue improving our sourcing relationships and quality evaluation.
Client Portal
The Client Portal is available only to approved customers.
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping login credentials secure.
- Maintaining accurate account information.
- Reporting unauthorised access.
MINGA may suspend accounts if misuse is detected.
Reservations and dispatch
Reservations displayed inside the Client Portal represent coffee previously allocated to the customer.
Dispatch requests submitted through the portal are requests for coordination and scheduling.
Submitting a dispatch request does not constitute an automatic shipment confirmation.
Additional delivery fees may apply when selecting scheduled dispatch options, as indicated within the portal.
Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are intended for business customers.
Unless otherwise stated:

- Final commercial terms are confirmed directly with MINGA.
